- <H2> 五、六月是花粉旺盛的時節,很多人容易因花粉敏感而出現鼻水長流,眼睛又疼又癢的症狀出現,吃藥都止不了。尤其是在假日,不少父母都會帶小寶寶及年幼孩子去公園走動,有些孩子對花粉過敏,會不停打噴嚏,流鼻涕,鼻子一下子就堵塞了,令呼吸不暢。
- <H2> 之前曾介紹過一味「辛夷花銀花菊花茶」對花粉症、過敏性鼻炎很有幫助。用料是三種花各用2~3錢,用開水沖洗一次,再加入開水焗5分鐘,調入蜜糖即可飲用。
- <H2> 有研究指蜂蜜中含有微量的蜂毒,在臨牀上被用於支氣管哮喘等過敏性疾病的治療。蜂蜜裏面含有一定的花粉粒,經常喝會對花粉過敏產生一定的抵抗能力。
- <H2> 今天就介紹一款檸檬、純蜂蜜製作的食療供患過敏症的朋友或小兒用。鮮檸檬含維生素C豐富,維生素C正是自然抗組織胺劑,若每天從飲食中攝取1000毫克,就足以避免過敏症的呈現。過敏性體質的人血液中游離氨基酸比健康人少,若能增加血液中的游離氨基酸,過敏症的發病率將大大降低。

- <H2> 我見過不少老人家愛孫心切,會買些很補益及價錢昂貴的中藥材、保健品,希望短時間內調理好孩子的健康,却不知道孩子多屬「稚陰稚陽」之體,對一些大熱助陽之品,或過於滋陰厚味之品完全不適合,故最好用一些價錢不太貴,性質較平和的如:淮山、蓮子、茯苓、芡實、薏米這類食材煲粥或煲湯去作調理。
- <H2> 「淮山雞內金瘦肉湯」對孩子脾胃氣虛、食欲不振、面色無華、腹瀉等很有幫助。
